    It depends on which plan you get but they all work essentially the same way. You create a profile and keep your pet and contact information updated in the My App Dashboard area. Then if you are in an accident the first responders can easily let us know by scanning the card or calling the toll free number. If we are contacted we look in your file and contact the people you have listed as emergency contacts.

    Certainty. When you use a basic emergency wallet card you have to hope someone answers the call.   • What is a Pet Hero Emergency Wallet Card?
    A Pet Hero Emergency Wallet Card is a card you keep in your purse or wallet to alert people that you have unattended pets at home. They are perfect for elderly pet owners, single people living alone or for “just in case” while you are out in this crazy world. The front of the card is bright and eye catching saying your pets are home alone and that your emergency contact information is on the back. The back of the card has simple instructions on how to contact us to report you have been injured. First responders can use the toll free emergency reporting number or use their phone to scan the QR code. This makes the process of getting both you and your pets more deliberate, expedient and effective. If our Pet Hero ICE Team gets an alert that you are injured then a real human from our team will quickly reach out to verify the information and then contact the emergency contacts you have listed on the My App Dashboard page in your profile. As long as you keep your information updated you can rest assured that we will be there in the event you can't be.
  • Do I have to have a public profile?
    No, it is not required to have a public profile to use our services. You are given the option at signup to have a public or private profile. From your dashboard you can easily change from private to public if you want to earn loyalty points by interacting in our pet lovers community.
  • When will I get my Pet Hero emergency wallet card?
    Shipping time depends on which plan you ordered. All paid plans are submitted to the printshop at the time you subscribe and get shipped out as soon as they are printed. The free cards are done in bulk two times a month, usually around the 15th and 30th day of the month. Regardless of what plan you chose we will let you know when your card has been shipped. You can print a paper copy to keep with you until your card arrives.
  • How can I verify you are a real business?
    As a brand new start up, with a brand new service, we understand you want to know who we are. We are My Pet Emergency Contact, LLC. We have been licensed as an LLC since February of 2022. You can click on the link in our footer at anytime to see a current certificate of good standing or you can search the Wyoming Secretary of State website to find us. Or feel free to reach out directly to a team member by using the in app chat button. We are real! We are happy to get the opportunity to prove it!
  • Can I upload my pet's health care information?
    Yes, you can keep all your pet’s important data in one place. Multiple caretaker numbers, important medical & vaccination information, and more in one easy to access place. The dashboard to your profile allows you to upload the information you choose and only you decide who gets access to it and when. From your profile dashboard you can add your emergency contacts and upload relevant documents (like a Permission to Treat form provided by your veterinarian. Just click the My Emergency Contact page and answer the questions. Keep your information updated so that we can notify them quickly in the event of an emergency.

    It is easy to create a 4 Pet Help profile. Once you have created an account you can login and edit your profile at any time right from your dashboard. Upload a profile picture, enter the address for us to ship your membership kit and share a status (if you decide to make your profile public).     From your profile dashboard you can add your pets and upload relevant documents. Just click the My Pets page and answer the questions about your pets. Keep your information updated so that we can help your pets quickly in the event of an emergency.
